What to include
- Your Tracklift version, iPhone model, and iOS version.
- What kind of source you selected: screenshot, photo, or shared image.
- What you expected, what happened, and whether an export was involved.
Before trying again
- Use a clear screenshot with the title and artist in view when you can.
- For a list that continues across screens, select the screenshots together.
- Check and correct the tracks before you export.
- Export CSV or text if Apple Music is unavailable.
Protect private information
Please do not email private screenshots unless support asks for them.
